MEET THE SISTERS
Chloé and Maud are a sister dancing, choreographing, and producing duo. Both Internationally recognized tap dancers and graduates of Columbia University in Film, EMMY AWARD NOMINATED Chloé, and her sister Maud Arnold are creating opportunities to elevate and celebrate the Art of Tap Dancing through Film, TV, and live events. Their work has taken them worldwide, to over 30 countries. Chloé's choreography was recently featured in Jerry Seinfeld's Unfrosted on Netflix, Apple TV+ musical film Spirited starring Ryan Reynolds, Will Ferrell and Octavia Spencer, as well as over 80 episodes of The Late Late Show with James Corden. Maud's choreography was featured in Hulu's hit Theatre Camp starring Ben Platt. Chloé, along with the support of Maud, founded Syncopated Ladies, a Female Tap Dance Band widely known for their viral videos. With Chloé and Maud paving the way and carving out Syncopated Ladies’ own place in the industry, they have garnished over 100 MILLION VIEWS online from their music videos to appearances on The Talk, The Kelly Clarkson Show, Ellen, Good Morning America, CNN's New Year's Eve, Mariah Carey's Merry Christmas to All, Bel Air, and So You Think You Can Dance. They have received praise from Beyoncé, Whoopi Goldberg on The View, Shonda Rhimes, Janet Jackson, as well as many other celebrities and news outlets around the world. Chloé and Maud are also the co-directors and producers of the critically acclaimed DC Tap Festival for the past 15 years and the Hollywood Tap Festival held at the Debbie Allen Dance Academy. Recognized by the US House of Representatives as arts preservers and ambassadors, The Kennedy's Centers NEXT50 Leaders and in 2018 won the 33rd Annual Mayor’s Arts Awards for Excellence in Performing Arts. Their work showcases strength, unity, and creativity, drawing new fans to the art of tap dance, revitalizing its cultural presence. Through Chloé and Maud Foundation, their 501ⓒ3, they continue to pioneer new experiences for dancers and artists worldwide.
