The Syncopated Ladies performed at the ESSENCE FESTIVAL in New Orleans!! #GirlsTrip This trip became extra special when they met Derick and his brothers. Hilary Swank, sent a video of 10 year old Derrick dancing on Bourbon street in New Orleans. Chloe Arnold posted the video, and the viral community helped find him. When the Syncopated Ladies touched down in New Orleans, pre-performance, they went to meet Derrick and his brothers. They danced together in the streets, bonde
